Las Isletas de Granada es uno de esos lugares que todo Nicaragüense conoce o necesita conocer.

Desde Niño he tenido el privilegio de visitar este hermoso archipiélago del lago cocibolca a la orilla de la bella ciudad de Granada.  Las isletas fueron formadas por una erupción o deslave por el Volcán Mombacho. Ahora 365 isletas forman parte de este único y bello panorama “Isleño y volcánico” que son el hogar de muchos nicaragüenses.

Las Isletas forman parte de un importante destino turístico para nacionales e internacionales que quieren disfrutar de la belleza natural de este paraíso.

Una de las imágenes más hermosas es el impresionante Volcán Mombacho, su cráter e impotente figura vigilan el lago y sus islas.

El viaje a las isletas lo puedes tomar del puerto de Asese o Cabaña Amarilla, de ahí parten las pangas que te llevan alrededor de las isletas.

Lo recomendable es visitar un restaurante local donde te sirven un delicioso Guapote con tostones, queso frito, carne asada y sin faltar una cerveza bien fría.

Si eres amante de la aventura puedes gozar de kayaks, paddle boards, nadar o pescar en el lago. Definitivamente existen varias actividades para mantenerte contento, pero si tienes la suerte de llegar a una isleta con hamacas asegurate de disfrutar de una pacífica siesta.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

What are cancellation & refund policies for Tour Packages? If you want to cancel your booking, you must advise us in writing to travel@itaglobal.com by email. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.

To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.

Flexible Cancelation Policy:

Cancellations 30+ days before trip date: FULL REFUND

- $100 processing fee.

Cancellations within 30 days of trip date: PARTIAL REFUND.

- $350 Cancellation Fee

- $50 Processing Fee

- VISA Fee is nonrefundable (The fee will vary by country)

Cancellations within 10 days of trip date: NO REFUND.

- Not eligible for reimbursement

- Money paid can be used as credit for future travel with ITA to any destination within 12 months, minus the processing fee.

If a confirmed and paid reservation is canceled, customers should expect a refund in 90 business days.

Important note-events beyond our control

Events beyond our control include: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport including changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers; closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.
