Forests to Fortune: A Natural Capital Solution for ESG-Aligned Employee Engagement

In a world where sustainability is becoming a strategic priority, what if companies could reward employees while restoring ecosystems and building long-term value—simultaneously?

At ITA Global, we’re proud to partner with Forests to Fortune, a bold initiative that transforms tropical hardwood reforestation into a vehicle for impact investment, employee engagement, and corporate legacy.

This isn’t just another green campaign. It’s a movement—designed to create real, measurable change.

What is Forests to Fortune?

Forests to Fortune reimagines tree ownership as a powerful asset class. Through this initiative, tropical hardwood trees—planted in Guatemala and Costa Rica—become tradable, GPS-tracked assets that appreciate in value over time while generating positive environmental and social outcomes.

This natural capital approach empowers companies to integrate sustainability into their operations while giving employees a personal stake in the planet’s future.

Benefits for Employees

^Green Ownership
Each employee can own one or more tropical hardwood trees—assets that grow in financial and ecological value.

^Personalized Impact
Trees are GPS-tagged and digitally monitored for health and growth, creating a transparent connection between ownership and real-world regeneration.

^Long-Term Financial Growth
Tropical hardwood trees can reach end values exceeding $9,000 each, offering an alternative path to wealth creation through nature.

^Emotional & Legacy Value
Employees become part of a living, breathing initiative—contributing to reforestation, carbon capture, and biodiversity restoration in critical regions.
