Discover Valle de Guadalupe: The Ultimate Food and Wine Retreat

MEXICO'S WINE COUNTRY

Are you ready for an extraordinary culinary journey in one of Mexico’s most breathtaking wine regions? We’re thrilled to announce our exclusive Wine, Dine, and Design: Valle de Guadalupe’s Ultimate Food and Wine Retreat—a luxurious escape where gourmet cuisine, world-class wines, and stunning design converge in the heart of Baja California.

Welcome to Mexico’s Premier Wine Country

As you arrive at Tijuana International Airport or get picked up by our team in San Diego and cross the border into Mexico, you’ll be greeted by our private transfer service, whisking you away to the luxurious Mira Earth Studios in Valle de Guadalupe. Nestled amidst rolling vineyards and stunning landscapes, your retreat begins with a refreshing welcome drink as you soak in the serene ambiance and modern amenities of this exquisite property.

Culinary Excellence at Every Turn

Your journey kicks off with a welcome dinner at the renowned Liernes’ at Villa Torél, led by the talented Chef Alfredo Villanueva. Known for his creative, seasonally inspired dishes, Chef Villanueva has turned Liernes’ into a culinary destination that celebrates local flavors and ingredients. Under his leadership, Villa Torél has earned prestigious accolades, including a MICHELIN STAR and a spot among Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants.

The next few days are a true feast for the senses. Start your mornings with delightful breakfasts at local gems like Parador Mercedes or in the comfort of your studio. Explore the vibrant flavors of the region with visits to top wineries like Vena Cava Winery, where you’ll indulge in unique wine pairings and savor light, creative bites at Troika.

As the sun sets, the culinary adventures continue with unforgettable dinners at some of Valle de Guadalupe’s finest establishments. Fauna Restaurant, named one of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants, offers an innovative farm-to-table experience that has captivated food enthusiasts worldwide. And for a truly magical evening, dine under the stars at Animalón, where a historic oak tree sets the stage for a multi-course menu crafted by a celebrity chef.

A Journey of Wine, Design, and Lasting Memories

Beyond the incredible food, this retreat offers a chance to immerse yourself in the art of winemaking and the architectural beauty of Valle de Guadalupe. Tour cutting-edge wineries like Clos de Tres Cantos and Bruma Winery, where contemporary design meets traditional winemaking, creating spaces as beautiful as the wines they produce.

Your final morning in Valle de Guadalupe is a moment to savor. Start with a cup of fresh coffee, followed by a delicious brunch at Bruma Wine Garden, as you take in the last of the stunning surroundings. Afterward, your private transfer will return you to Tijuana International Airport or take you across the border into the USA. You’ll depart with cherished memories of a luxurious and culinary adventure that will linger long after the last sip of wine.
