Once you arrive and step out of the airport you will feel the warm humid air and meet your trip coordi- nator who will get you loaded up into the car and on your way to the hotel. We would like everyone to arrive before noon so we can get the most out of the first day. Once you checked into your hotel. We will meet you in the early evening for a Welcome Dinner.

Today we will be focusing on your health and well being. We start by a visit to your primary doctor who will introduce you to the process you will experience over the next couple days while you recover from whatever procedure you require.

After a delicious breakfast, enjoy a day of self love where our team of therapeutic specialists will be pampering you with a full day of relaxation. Start the day with some light physical therapy followed by the steam room and sauna to get that blood flowing and purge any toxins in your system. Then your personal therapist will introduce you to the spa and wellness team where you will indulge in a special massage service personalized for your needs. As you float your way out of the massage our wellness specialist will provide you with a health conscious menu to ensure maximum nutrition during your recovery process. Then the afternoon is dedicated to the way you look and feel starting with a manicure and pedicure, shave or trim for the gentlemen, hair blower and a make up session.

Wake up to a light breakfast with amazing Panamanian Coffee. Today you can kick off those shoes and lounge by the pool with a stunning view of the ocean. Allow the wait staff to attend to your every need while we deliver lunch to you poolside and the evening is your to explore Panama's gastronomy scene for dinner.

Get ready for some Vitamin D - the Sun. This will be an experience of culture, history, food, and fun. Choose between a beach day on the nearby Taboga Island via water ferry with a typical fried fish lunch with your toes in the sand. Chairs and umbrellas are provided along with a welcome drink and foot massage. If you prefer more of an adventure and are up for a road trip visit Panama’s Caribbean Coast. We start off with the history of the town of Portobelo where you will have a chance to see the ancient ruins from the 1500s followed by a Caribbean style lunch and some Congo dancing. After lunch it's Caribbean Beach Time. Visit a nearby tropical island by boat or simply enjoy the sandy beach at the restaurant before returning to your hotel in the city.

Today you will have the opportunity to explore more of Panama City, it will be great to walk along the extraordinarily scenic Amador Causeway located in the southern entrance of the Panama Canal. This majestic causeway features many tourist-related venues and activities including hotels, restaurants, and exercise trails. Enjoy our 1hr Champagne Sightseeing Cruise under the Bridge of the Americas giving you the best views of Panama City’s Skyline. Later at night enjoy a farewell dinner at one of Panama's most popular restaurants with your team of medical Professionals as special guests to provide you with a roadmap of your next steps to recovery once you head back home.
