Once you arrive and step out of the airport you will feel the warm humid air and meet your trip coordi- nator who will get you loaded up into the car and on your way to the hotel. We would like everyone to arrive before noon so we can get the most out of the first day. Once you checked into your hotel. We will meet you in the early evening for a Welcome Dinner.

On the first day we want you to meet your doctor(s) to hear more about your treatment. It is time for you to ask any more questions that you may have and receive treatment on the same day. The rest of the day is for you to relax.

Wake up bright and early and grab a light breakfast. Today we drive over to the marina where we will board the water taxi and head over to the nearby Island of Taboga for a day of sun, beach and fun. Once we arrive at the island enjoy the sandy beach and warm waters while your lunch is prepared. After a full day at Taboga Island we head back to the hotel. The evening is yours to enjoy.

Get ready for some Caribbean Sun. This will be an experience of culture, history, food, and fun. We start off by visiting the town of Portobelo where you will have a chance to see the ancient ruins from the 1500s followed by a Caribbean style lunch and some Congo dancing. After lunch it's onto Isla Mamey, a small Caribbean Island that will have you going “coconuts”. On the way back pass through the Tunnel of Love and visit the Natural Pool before returning to your hotel in the city.

Today you will have the opportunity to explore more of Panama City, it will be great to walk along the extraordinarily scenic Amador Causeway located in the southern entrance of the Panama Canal. This majestic causeway features many tourist-related venues and activities including hotels, restaurants, and exercise trails. You can rent a multi person bicycle (up to 4 people) and ride along the causeway or relax and enjoy the views. Then enjoy our 1hr Champagne Sightseeing Cruise (Non-alcoholic beverage available) under the Bridge of the Americas giving you the best views of Panama City’s Skyline. Later at night enjoy a farewell dinner at one of Panama's most popular restaurants.
