10 Days Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Tokyo - Nagoya - Takayama - Shirakawa-go - Kanazawa - Kyoto - Nara - Osaka.

DAY 1

ARRIVE
IN TOKYO

Welcome to Japan! We will arrange a shared car for you to get to the hotel with the help of an English-speaking assistant and private transportation. Check in at the hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening on your first night in Tokyo.

DAY 2

TOKYO SIGHTSEEING
(B-L)

Enjoy the morning breakfast and be ready for a fun day in Tokyo. The tour will be using the public train. You’ll visit Meiji Jingu Shrine, Imperial Palace, Nakamise Shopping Street, Asakusa Senso-ji Temple, and the Sumida River Cruise to Odaiba. You will be back to your hotel approximately 1800. The night is to enjoy at your leisure.

DAY 3

VISIT MT. FUJI & LAKE
KAWAGUCH (B-L)

Enjoy an early breakfast and meet your guide to explore Lake Kawaguchi, the best place to view the magnificent Mt. Fuji. Try regional food of Fuji, Hoto Noodles or similar for lunch.

We will specially arrange a Sightseeing cruise for you. In addition, the Ropeway ride allows you to overlook Mt. Fuji from another perspective, back to the hotel again by express bus and you will arrive at the hotel at about 20:00.

DAY 4

TRAVEL TO TAKAYAMA
BY BULLET TRAIN (B-L)

Good morning, after an early breakfast, meet your guide at the lobby and be ready to experience the city of Takayama. The train has two sections: The first leg is from Tokyo to Nagoya in 1.5 hours, where you need to change to express train to Takayama, the train from Nagoya to Takayama takes 2.5 hours. Our guide in Takayama will pick you up at the train station. Try Hida Beef or other local food for lunch. Takayama sightseeing: Visit Furui Machinami Old Town Street, Hida Kokubunji Temple with Sarubobo dolls, Takayama Jinya House and the traditional vermilion bridge - Naka Bridge. You’ll have the opportunity to take your luggages at home and start your tour.

DAY 5

VISIT SHIRAKAWA &
TRANSFER TO KANAZAWA
(B-L)

Depart to Shirakawa-go by bus with our guide. Shirakawa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its traditional farmhouses in a building style known as gassho-zukuri. Visit Ogimachi Castle Observation Deck and Wada House.

After visiting, take a bus for 1.5 hours to Kanazawa, and then visit Kenroku-en Garden, Kanazawa Castle Park, Higashichaya Old Town (geisha district) and Nagamachi Samurai District.

DAY 6

KANAZAWA - KYOTO
(B)

Morning breakfast and ready for another day of adventure in Kyoto. You will take the Express train, it takes about 2.5 hours, we will arrange the train tickets for you. The Kyoto guide will pick you up at the train station and help you check in at the hotel.

Walking tour of Gion: visit Pure Water Temple (Kiyomizu-dera Temple), walk down Higashiyama historic district, Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka, and visit Yasaka Shrine. Enjoy a tea ceremony show with maiko at a teahouse (1 hour).

Once the ceremony is completed you’ll head back to the hotel, and the guide will provide transportation tickets.

DAY 7

EXPLORE
NARA & KYOTO (B)

After breakfast, take a train to Nara for a day of exploration. Visit historic landmarks such as Kofuku-ji Temple, Kasuga Taisha Shrine, and Todai-ji Temple (exterior). Stroll through Nara Deer Park to interact with the friendly deer and explore the charming streets of Naramachi. Return to Kyoto in the evening for a relaxing night at your leisure.

DAY 8

KYOTO
TRADITIONAL TOUR (B)

Begin the day with breakfast before heading out to discover Kyoto’s treasures. Visit Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) and Nijo Castle. For lunch, explore Nishiki Market and savor local delights such as dango, matcha ice cream, tempura, and croquettes. After lunch, visit Fushimi Inari Taisha, Sanjusangendo Temple, and enjoy a stroll along the scenic Kamo River. End the day in Pontocho Alley, where a variety of dining options await.

DAY 9

BACK TO TOKYO

Take an early morning Shinkansen from Kyoto to Tokyo, arriving mid-morning. Check into your hotel and explore the upscale Ginza district, known for its luxury boutiques and high-end shopping. Enjoy a fresh sushi lunch at the Tsukiji Outer Market and spend your final evening savoring a memorable farewell dinner at one of Tokyo’s top restaurants.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

What are cancellation & refund policies for Tour Packages? If you want to cancel your booking, you must advise us in writing to travel@itaglobal.com by email. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.

To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.

Flexible Cancelation Policy:

Cancellations 30+ days before trip date: FULL REFUND

- $100 processing fee.

Cancellations within 30 days of trip date: PARTIAL REFUND.

- $350 Cancellation Fee

- $50 Processing Fee

- VISA Fee is nonrefundable (The fee will vary by country)

Cancellations within 10 days of trip date: NO REFUND.

- Not eligible for reimbursement

- Money paid can be used as credit for future travel with ITA to any destination within 12 months, minus the processing fee.

If a confirmed and paid reservation is canceled, customers should expect a refund in 90 business days.

Important note-events beyond our control

Events beyond our control include: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport including changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers; closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.
