Después de manejar por la carretera Masaya y pasar por fincas, caseríos y aún la Laguna Masaya, llegas hasta la histórica ciudad de Granada, llamada por muchos como la gran sultana.

El primer cambio inmediato que se nota son las casonas coloniales, las calles angostas, coloridas puertas y el movimiento de la gente en la Plaza Central frente a la catedral.

Caminar por la calle calzada también es algo muy especial porque puedes gozar de una diversidad de comidas, bebidas y artesanías. Al continuar caminando por la calzada, llegarás hasta la estatua de Francisco Hernández de Córdoba quién fue el fundador de esta ciudad en 1524 nombrada por tu ciudad natal Granada, España.

¿Que hacer en Granada?
Es recomendable tomar un descanso en el corredor del Hotel Plaza Colón donde puedes disfrutar de un rico café frente al parque central de ahí podés escuchar el sonido de la gente, los pájaro, el atardecer  y  escuchar las campanas de la catedral anunciando la misa de todos los días.
Si quieres deleitarte de las delicias de la ciudad y explorar el arte culinario, te recomendamos visitar el puesto de comida justamente frente a la catedral donde sirven el mejor vigoron de la ciudad.
Si quieres sentir la vida diaria que recomendamos visitar el mercado central donde  encontrarás un sinnúmero de artículos, comida, bebidas y refrescos y ahí sentirás un poquito más la idiosincrasia de la ciudad y la cultura nicaragüense.

La ciudad de Granada tiene una variedad de actividades culturales como museos, librerías, Iglesias, estaurantes y cada calle o cada edificio tiene su historia. Si visitas Nicaragua, Granada es definitivamente un lugar para conocer.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

What are cancellation & refund policies for Tour Packages? If you want to cancel your booking, you must advise us in writing to travel@itaglobal.com by email. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.

To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.

Flexible Cancelation Policy:

Cancellations 30+ days before trip date: FULL REFUND

- $100 processing fee.

Cancellations within 30 days of trip date: PARTIAL REFUND.

- $350 Cancellation Fee

- $50 Processing Fee

- VISA Fee is nonrefundable (The fee will vary by country)

Cancellations within 10 days of trip date: NO REFUND.

- Not eligible for reimbursement

- Money paid can be used as credit for future travel with ITA to any destination within 12 months, minus the processing fee.

If a confirmed and paid reservation is canceled, customers should expect a refund in 90 business days.

Important note-events beyond our control

Events beyond our control include: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport including changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers; closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.
