Growing up, travel was not a luxury my parents and I were able to experience. As an adult with a family of my own, that reality shaped my desire to make travel an essential part of our lifestyle—one rooted in connection, growth, and intentional living.
As a nurse with over 23 years of experience, I am a strong advocate for holistic wellness.I believe travel plays a powerful role in mental rest, clarity, peace, physical relaxation, movement, stress reduction, and ultimately longevity. Stepping away from daily routines allows us to reset, recharge, and return renewed.
